These Terms govern your use of TactIQ (the "Platform"), operated by Tactigent Consultancy ("Tactigent," "we," "us"). By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
Access is by Google Sign-In only. New accounts require approval by a Tactigent administrator before they can access any case, client, or document data. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure — anyone who can sign into your Google account can sign into the Platform as you.
2. Acceptable use
The Platform is provided for legitimate case-management activity related to Tactigent's consulting services. You agree not to use it to access, alter, or attempt to access data belonging to a case or client you are not authorized to work with, and not to share your account access with anyone else.
3. Client data and confidentiality
Staff users acknowledge that client and case data — including compliance/KYC information described in our Privacy Policy — is confidential and may only be accessed, used, or disclosed as necessary to perform assigned consulting work.
4. Google Workspace connection
Connecting Google Drive or Calendar is optional and can be disconnected at any time from Settings. Disconnecting revokes the Platform's access to those services; it does not affect your Google account itself.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms or the Platform's features from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the update.
6. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided as an internal business tool. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tactigent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
